How to Add an Attachment to an Order
Learn how to attach documents or files to an order to ensure all necessary information is available during processing.
- Instructions:
- Go to the Find Orders page and select the order you want to update (it should be highlighted in blue).
- Click the Documents button on the right-hand side (it's teal-colored).
- In the first drop-down menu, select Attach Files.
- Click Add File – please note, you can only upload one file at a time.
- Once the document is attached, open the order and scroll to the Warehouse Instructions section.
- Add a note that says:
"Please use the attached packing list/document."
Important:
If the order is already in Processing status, you can still attach the document. However, you’ll need to email Shipping@shipologyus.com so we can manually add the note to the warehouse instructions.
