How to Place an Order on Hold

Understand when and how to place an order on hold, what it means for fulfillment, and the step to manage it effectively.

  1. Update the Earliest Ship Date to the future date range (we like to pick 3 months out)

  2. In Warehouse Instructions, add the note: “HOLD” (optionally include the release date or reason).

  3. You can also email shipping@shipologyus.com with the order number, desired hold window, and any special instructions.

To release the hold: Remove the Earliest Ship Date and remove the “HOLD” note alternatively, you can email the team with release details.
