Low Stock Alerts — What they are & how to use them
Low stock alerts notify you when a product’s available quantity falls to or below a preset minimum (Min) level, helping you reorder before a stock out.
- How to use
- Set a Min level per SKU. You can either include it in the item import template or email shipping@shipologyus.com to update existing items.
- Monitor alerts via your low-stock/reorder views and/or emailed notifications.
- Adjust Min levels as demand changes (seasonality, promotions, new forecasts).
Tip: Choose Min levels that cover expected sales + lead time + safety buffer.
